What is the start and end time of the conference?
Programming begins at 9am each day and will run to about 5pm on both Thursday and Friday. We will host a 2 hour VIP reception Thursday night for an additional purchase.
Is there on-site parking? Do you have bike storage?
There is street parking in the neighborhood however unfortunately there are no bike racks available on site.
Is the venue ADA accessible?
The venue is 100% ADA accessible. If you have special requirements please reach out to us [email protected]
Will meals or refreshments be provided?
Yes. Meals and refreshments are available for purchase. Madam Zolas Fortune Café is housed in The Midway and offers conference attendees a dynamic menu made from delicious and sustainable ingredients. Purchase an amazing, fresh meal, chill out on the patio, catch up with friends, and re-energize. Stop by for good food and good fortune.
What is the cancellation/refund policy? Can I transfer my registration to someone else if I can't attend?
Ticket sales are final and non-refundable. This conference will sell out so if you need to resell your ticket you can post on our Facebook event or Instagram posts to try and find someone to repurchase. TICKETS ARE TRANSFERABLE
Are there nearby hotels or accommodations?
The following hotels are located about 2 miles north of the Venue and easily accessible via public transportation if so desired (the Muni “T-Third Street” Metro Rail).
